Customized Survivorship Programs

Breast Cancer Partner provides consulting services in breast cancer survivorship that include designing, developing and implementing customized, comprehensive survivorship programs for breast cancer centers and organizations. These survivorship programs are designed to be in alignment with the center’s vision, goals and objectives, and to reflect the unique needs of the center’s patient and survivor population.

On-site Educational Programs

Breast Cancer Partner’s consulting services also include working with cancer centers and organizations to custom design, develop and/or organize “on-site” educational events for patients and survivors that focus on various health and wellness and survivorship topics that address the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of breast cancer diagnosis and recovery from treatment. We leverage our network of thoroughly vetted partners to engage the right subject matter expert to deliver the educational program/event and to efficiently organize and coordinate educational programs for our clients.

Community-Based Outreach and Education Programs

In addition, Breast Cancer Partner also provides consulting services in assisting cancer centers and organizations in creating and developing community outreach programs for breast cancer awareness and education and programs that address health disparities in breast cancer in local communities.

Experiential Learning Events

Breast Cancer Partner offers uniquely designed and interactive proprietary “off the shelf” learning experiences for breast cancer survivors utilizing methodologies tailored for adult learners that result in a behavioral shift in a survivor’s lifestyle. The learning experiences focus on empowering survivors to adopt and sustain health and wellness lifestyle habits that help minimize recurrence and enhance their vitality and survivorship.

Our unique Recover Restore Reenergize (R3) Experiences include topics, with content specifically designed for breast cancer survivors, to help them heal and restore their lives back to “normal” and reenergize themselves, such as:

Health and Wellness Retreats

The Recover Restore Reenergize Retreats for Breast Cancer Survivors - Creating Your Health and Wellness Plan for Living Life After Treatment” was created to help survivors, who have completed treatment, embrace their “new” normal and navigate through life, with ease, after treatment ends. The retreat experience helps survivors understand how to recover from their breast cancer journey, restore their lives back to normal and reenergize themselves after treatment. The goal of the retreat is to empower breast-cancer survivors to optimize their health and wellness and take their survivorship to a whole new level.

Optimizing one’s health and wellness as a breast-cancer survivor is the key to reducing the risk of recurrence, enhancing survivorship and living a long, healthy, vibrant and well-balanced life. The Recover Restore Reenergize Retreat provides the knowledge, information, tools and resources available to help achieve this goal in living life after treatment. Upon completion of the retreat, survivors have a plan that empowers them to become their own health and wellness advocate so that they make well-informed decisions to ensure that recovery is a life-enhancing, not a life-limiting, event.
