We know that life, general, can be a bit hectic even under normal circumstances, and now that you’re done with treatment and have most likely resumed your regular activities, you must ensure that you don’t overdo it.  It is important that you don’t allow yourself to become overwhelmed by life’s daily challenges such as managing your health, taking care of your family, performing on the job and tending to other responsibilities you may have.

Sometimes, it may be hard to avoid taking on too much by trying to balance everything and everybody in your life, but now that you’re a survivor it’s imperative that you and your health come first. And, that you have access to the and tools to ensure that you do.

As you strive to , and your life, know that our Survivor Sanctuary is a resource that is available to you whenever you need it.  You should consider it to be a sacred place, a place of refuge or a safe retreat from your daily stresses, worries and things that can disrupt the balance in your life.  It is a safe place where you can go when you need to escape from “life” and take care of “you”.

Our Survivor Sanctuary provides:

A that is a private place to connect and communicate with other survivors

for you to read that can be a source of inspiration for you in your recovery

that include information on how to successfully or any lingering effects of treatment

A Readings list that covers various aspects of your recovery, and  

A selection of to help you develop a path to , and your life after treatment 

A list of that you can readily download and read at your leisure to learn about how to enhance your overall well-being
